Founded in 1994 the company focused on complex problems-solving for food industry enterprises.

Since 1994 “Istela Rosa” grew and developed, making deliveries of major international food raw suppliers to the Republic of Belarus. During that period we reached serious commercial agreements with external partners. Long-term successful cooperation and high business reputation allows us to offer top-quality products of foreign corporations to the domestic enterprises at the competitive prices. 

In 2000 in Minsk we began to produce flavour ingredients of wide application. Then the first part of company-owned facilities was launched in 2005. It was a production section for flavours, food concentrates and extracts of total power 50 tons per day.

One of our top-priority strategic aims is direct assistance of Belorussian producers as a service-company, providing them with a full spectrum of raw materials and innovative technologies. We pay special attention to modern technological solutions research and development of original recipes according to the latest food market development trends.
